Hasan M. Soedjono graduated from the Petroleum & Mineral University, Dhahram, Saudi Arabia. After graduation, he worked for the Mobil Oil. He went for his MBA at Harvard Business School and then established Raychem Indonesia and Prima Teknika that manufactured Raychem products in Indonesia. In late 1985, he joined SP. In 1987-1996, he was involved in Humpuss Grup Indonesia, as Director of Operation and later as the CEO of Sempati Air. Currently, he is an active partner in SP, active member of Rotary Club, Vice Chairman of Yayasan Abdi Bangsa (Republika newspaper), and Vice Chairman of Sigma Batara.

M. Idris Pabottingi was one of the founders of SP. After graduated from Hasanuddin University, Ujung Pandang, he joined Bank BNI 1946 an then Union Carbide. He took his MBA from the Middle Tennessee State University, USA. Before he joined SP, he worked for Union Carbide USA and Price Waterhouse Management Consultant. Currently he is also the Director of Bakrie Plantation.

Ongki P. Sumarno was one of the founders of SP. After graduated from Tufts University, Medford, MA, USA in economics and mathematics, he joined Mobil Oil in Texas and then at Jakarta's office. After working for 2 years, he went for his MBA at Harvard Business School (HBS). After graduation, he joined Price Waterhouse Management Consultant and then set up SP in late 1982. In 1987, he started to be involved in Humpuss Grup Indonesia, as Director of Finance, Director of Business Development. After business restructuring, he was appointed as the CEO, and Chairman of several Humpuss' subsidiaries. To date he is still an active partner of SP and a guest lecturer at MM-UI Program.

Weni Suwanti graduated as an Industrial Engineer in 1981 from the Bandung Institute of Technology. Right after graduation, she worked for Price Waterhouse Management Consultant. She joined SP in 1982 as one of the four pioneers to build the company. In 1985, she went for her MBA at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA. She worked at Stanford Research Institute International in Palo Alto, California and in Singapore office during her summer holiday in 1986. In 1988, she was involved in the team setting up teaching programs for Corporate Finance, MM-UI.

Heru AC Koesno is an accountant graduated from Pajajaran University in 1986. He joined SP in 1987. He is an autodidactic in information technology.

Erry Firmansyah is an accountant graduated from University of Indonesia. After graduated in 1981, he joined Kantor Akuntan Drs. Hadi Sutanto & Co (Price Waterhouse Audit) as an Auditor and later became the Financial Manager of PT Dwi Satrya Utama. In late 1985, he joined SP. In 1991, he was appointed as the Controller of Lippo Group and in 1995 as the Director of Lippo Land. In late 1998, he was appointed as the CEO of Kliring Sentral efek Indonesia (KSEI).
